Refund Policy

If the goods you received have been damaged in transit, are not what you ordered, or are defective, please email us at [email protected] within 14 business days providing as much detail as possible, including photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

If you want to return an item, please email us at [email protected] to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received the item.
